I hope you're doing well. First of all i would like to congratulate you for completion of your MD pathology.

Now, coming up to you question as you said you want to do another MD in clinical subject then i would like to inform you that surely you can do that but at first you have to clear the NEET PG exam to get MD seat in any of the government or any other private college.

There's all way possible you can do that.

Yeah. It is possible. But you need to clear neet pg exam, to get a md seat in a govt./private medical college ..

I know few people who have done the same. Its really appreciable , that want to have anothet md degree besides of having one..
