According to the CAT eligibility criteria, if a SC/ST/PWD candidate who has completed any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with 45% of aggregated marks then he can sit for CAT examination. You are really lucky in way as you are on the verge. The same is 50% for general and OBC students.

Yes of course you are eligible for CAT because as per the CAT eligibility criteria the candidate should have completed graduation with 40% of marks if he/she belongs to SC/ST/PwD category and as you belongs to SC category so you will definitely be eligible for CAT.
