Yes ,the basic eligibility criteria for diploma is the candidate must have completed 10. Therefore you are eligible. But have you given any diploma entrance examinations , because it will help you to fetch best of the government and non-government colleges. You can easily get admission through this examination.
But if you haven't appeared in any entrance examination , then also there is nothing to worry ,there are several colleges that accept direct admission or just on the basis of Board results.
