Yes why not, you can appear for jee advanced in 2020 for sure.
Any candidate can appear for jee mains 3 times consecutively and for jee advanced, can appear 2 times consecutively after the 12th board exams.

Once in the year you complete your class 12th.
And 2 consecutive years after that.
