Well, if you will be able to clear the board examination with good percentage and secure a good rank in NEET, then you may be eligible for opting MBBS in any medical or dental colleges across India. But you may be considered as a lateral entry candidate due to failure in continuous career. The upper age of candidates applying for NEET should not exceed 25 years on the examination date. But there is no limit on the permitted number of attempts.

The eligibility criteria for appearing the NEET examinations demands that:
Students must have passed/appearing 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology or any other elective subject with English.
The Candidate must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general category and 40% aggregate for OBC, SC, ST category.
Thus, it is clearly not possible to take NEET without appearing for biology in 12th Boards.
