NO now its not valid because youve given an improvement exam so the marks you got in that exam will be Valid and be considered in further admission process in colleges.

I am glad to say you there is nothing to worry about. As you have completed your 10 + 2 level from ISC board in yes the previous year and also given the improvement exam this year. As you have scored less than the previous examination so the marksheet contain your higher marks is valid. Basically improvement examinations are organised to improve your score and in this examination if you score the lowest obviously you have to show your previous marksheet to everyone and related to every future endeavours.
