Hope you are doing well... Your CBSE score is very good and you will be happy to hear that your score is above par score...
ONE more thing generally taking admission in Aeronautical Universities doesn't require only CBSE score BUT you have to clear entrance examination for that university.

For Aeronautical/aerospace Engineering ,in India Some Of Good Colleges are There like IIT,bombay,IIT,madras and Some of Private Colleges like AMITY,SRM.. But I will suggest u Go For IITS,AND IIST,IISC only here u will Get Best Knowledge and Exposure. For this U need to Crack JEE MAINS + JEE ADVANCE .
In IIT'S /IIST JEE advance Score is Considered For Admission In There Aerospace/Aeronautical Branch.
