Yes you are eligible to appear for tnea as the eligibility criteria just consist of 50 percentage cutoff for the general candidates and he or she should have qualified his or her 8th 9th 10th 11th and 12th board from tamil nadu state itself if not then the candidates cant apply.

Hi,
For applying in TNEA, one needs to score 50% marks in their class 12 boards if they are from general category while 45% if they are from OBC. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/DNC/MBC/SCA has to attain 40%. They also need to study Physics, maths and chemistry in their 10+2 level. Also, you need to study from a school located in Tamil Nadu in your class 12. In case you studied outside Tamil Nadu, you will have to show nativity cerificate only in the form of digitally signed E-certificate or electronic form. As per the marks requirement you are definitely eligible but since you haven't mentioned the stream you have pursued it is difficult for me to conclude. In case you studied science, you can definitely apply.
