Yes, you are absolutely eligible for MHCET Law exam for 3 year LLB course even you have done your BA by distance education. The only thing that matters is that it should be an UGC recognized University and you have to secure minimum 45 % marks in aggregate of subject and 40 % belonging to SC/ST Category of Maharashtra state.
