Good Evening, In order to pursue any course in a foreign country, you will have to write either of the following two exams, i.e., IELTS or TOEFL.
These exams are conducted to measure your English aptitude.
Once you write any one of these exams, you can check for the colleges which accept admission in accordance with your score in the exam.
There are alot of scholarship programs available, which will be able to provide you with upto 100% Financial Aid.
