The basic requirement is to have passed senior secondary or graduation with minimum 50% aggregate marks and relevant teacher training program. Candidates must check and ensure that they fulfil CTET Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam .

Yes of course you are eligible for CTE 2021 because as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the CBSE board for CTET, the candidate should have either passed or appearing for B.Ed. and you have mentioned that you have completed B.Com (//B.Com) . as well as B.Ed. so you are eligible for CTET provided that you have completed your B.Ed. with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Note that there are two types of paper in CTET :-
>> First one is Paper 1 which is for primary stage.
>> Other one is Paper 2 which is for elementary stage
