I have completed my BE. CSE in passed out year as 2021 .Now I want to apply for 3 year llb but I have not yet got my 7th and 8th semester marksheet , provisional certificate and degree certificate through college . Now may I apply for counselling for 3year llb course. ?

You haven't mentioned your query is specifically regarding which university, see candidates in their final year graduation too are eligible to apply for LLB provisionally however they are required to submit the proof of their qualifying examination within the prescribed time as set by the officials, hence it's better you reach out to the officials for more clarity on this matter, of course with the disruption of the pandemic there has been relaxations in many areas, but it's also true each university has its own set of rules regarding admission, else you can write down the name in the comment box below, or search our site regarding this for detailed information.
