I have completed my BE in production engineering. But any IIT do not have Mtech (production) So which branch should I select

Since as you said you have completed your UG in Production Engineering then based upon your respective domain you can go with the branches like Chemical or either Mechanical / Mechanical & Production Engineering inorder to pursue your M.Tech degree.
