Yes of course you can do engineering after completing B.Sc. There are lateral entry exams which are conducted by AICTE approved colleges. You have to take entry through these entrance tests.
However, it will be a complete waste of time, if you ask me because by the time you'll complete your engineering degree, you will be too old to apply to many companies and even though eligible for certain companies, you would end up wasting a lot of your crucial years.
Given the fact you're interested in Computer Science, why don't you consider certification courses offered by various market leaders who also offer job guarantee programs.
