the basic eligibility criteria to take admission for the course M.Sc forensic science candidate must hold a bachelors degree of any recognized university in any relevant stream of science and candidate must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks at their graduation level.

Yes, after doing BSc Zoology, you're qualified to pursue MSc Forensic Science. Msc forensic science is a postgraduate course in Forensic Science. Two years is the length of this course.
