According to law no student in india can pursue two degree's simultaneously.You cant be a regular student for both the degrees. However you can have a regular degree with a additional programme under open/distant mode.You can pursue a maximum of one diploma/certificate/advanced diploma/pd diloma programme simultaneously with a regular mode degree programme. You can also go for a dual degree programme in two different subjects one after the other. Hope it helps.
