Yes! You are eligible to become a lecturer in polytechnic college.Also you can apply in the engineering college after B.Tech for the post of lecturer.
But going for M.tech is also a good option after B.Tech which will pave the way for you to become a Lecturer in some reputed college and you can get better salary packages.
