Hi, so you have completed your BTech with Computer Science and you are not interested in Corporate World. You want to do ground work, i'm assuming working for people in grassroot level. First of all that is a great initiative.
Let me answer your question in a different way.
Since you are a CS student, you can build websites and applications for nagar-nigam, NGO's etc. You can work in digitalising things around you that is very underdeveloped.
There is not alot of ground work jobs available for CS so you have to do it voluntarily basis although they may pay you in some cases.
If you want a high esteemed job, you can always go for UPSC Civil Services. An IAS's job is actually a ground work where he/ she works on implementing goverment policies to the grassroot level.
