Hello Aspirant,
engineering service examinations (ese) are conducted by UPSC to recruit the engineers for the technical functions of Government of India. The exam is conducted in 3 stages. Stage 1 is an objective based exam. Candidate's who qualify stage 1 can are eligible to appear for stage 2 of the examinations. Stage 2 or also referred to as Mains examinations are subjective and candidates qualifying this stage appear in 3rd and final stage i.e; interview and personality test. Candidates qualifying all three stages make it to prestigious merit list of Indian engineering services.
Candidates must bea citizen of India.
The minimum educational requirement is BE/B TECH in relevant field from a recognised institute.
Candidates must be of age between 21-30 on the 1st January of the year in which he/she is appearing for engineering service examinations.
