Since you have mentioned that you have done your 12th class with Commerce subject and have done internships in digital marketing.  See for doing a consistent job with security and has good opportunities as well you must hold a bachelors degree such that you will able to live tension free.

See, you can do internships but internships are for short time period and you will need to look for another internships so It is better to not to focus on internships and earning money but doing a bachelor degree that will act as a protector in case if you don't find any internships.

Talking about your point of doing internship and the salary then you can find a growth of 4% on total or you can also make more based on the company standards.

Without any prior degree or work experience (Full time), usually there are no increment in the salary ranges.

I would say you must complete BCOM or BBA or any course as before that most of the private companies don't release application for only 10+2 pass. They usually require the UG atleast.

The salary you can expect will be in the range Rs. 2.5L-3L.
