There is nothing like boy or girl career,it’s all about passion and interest. If you do have passion then its good for you because almost 90% are in this degree are girls. If you are confident about your secure future then you can pursue B.pharmacy degree. After completion of course you can do-

Get a job in good pharmacy companies as a medical representative.

You may start doing research and development.

You may also become a teacher in any school.

You may also become a scientist and a drug inspector or a therapist.

You may become research officer in any bio tech companies.

You can even pursue LLB to become lawyer and specialize in pharmaceutical jurisprudence, intellectual property law, patents, etc.

You can even pursue Mba after B.Pharmacy.

B.pharma graduates are also eligible for SSC, UPSC, State PSC and bank jobs etc like other graduates.

There are some of the profession you may choose. Now I will like to conclude for the package.

Starting Salary for drug Inspector range from about 55000 to 65000 Indian Rupees per month.

Salary of Government Pharmacist : about 41000 per month for first two years and about 50000 per month after two years.

Salary In Pharmaceutical Marketing: Starting salary for freshers vary from about 18000 to 35000 Indian rupees per month and some performance based incentives.

Starting Salary after MBA and B.pharm: Again depending upon Institute and skills usually 20000 per month or above.

Starting Salary After PHD: You could expect starting salary of around 40000 and above in Indian rupees

Bachelor of Pharmacy Or B. Pharm Or B.Pharma is a four year undergraduate course. To take admission in this course one should pass 10+2 in science stream with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) . Some states conduct entrance examinations for admission to course like UPSEE in Uttarpradesh and "WBJEE Pharmacy" in West Bengal . But practically direct admission is also possible if seats are available in some college.

Personally I like to conclude at the end, you have to follow your passion. If you have a passion in art & crafts you have to follow that but its totally depend upon ourself either follow the passion or regreting for whole life to Why not follow the passion.Don’t do any mistake in choosing the career.
