i have completed my diploma from NTTF which was a private institute and isn't a AICTE approved institution. Now I have got NIST college so can I take admission in Lateral enrty to b. tech based on my previous diploma certificate in CS branch ???

Hi, NTTF IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY ANY UNIVERSITY. SO YOU CAN NOT GET ADMISSION AS LATERAL ENTRY IN BTECH. you can try for job if you want to make a professional career. if you want to do B. Tech then join NIOS (national institute open schooling) and do complete 10+2 course from NIOS then try for engineering entrance test to join in B. Tech. Hope this helps.
