The basic eligibility for BVSc course is 10+2 with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from CBSE/ICSE/State Board or equivalent. Eligibility to most veterinary colleges is on the basis of results obtained in the entrance examinations conducted by the respective universities. Some students who have got a degree in zoology are also eligible to join veterinary colleges as a lateral entry student. In order to pursue careers in this course then you will have to attempt NEET entrance exam.

Yes,you can take admission in veterinary course.
In order to take admission in veterinary course, you need to pass class 12 with an aggregate score of 50 percent, along with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subject. Age limit to take admission in B.VSc is 18 to 25 years.
Some of the entrance exams are National Entrance Exam Test(NEET), Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test (AAU VET), Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test (RPVT) and UP Veterinary Entrance Exam (UP VET).
