For taking admission in bachelor of Technology robotics, ICAI student it must have completed 10 + 2 class level board examination with physics chemistry and mathematics is compulsory subjects from a recognised board and must have scored minimum score of 60%. In India for taking admission in b tech robotics offering colleges the candidate needs to clear the entrance exams such as JEE.

Yes  you can do you change your branch as you have completed diploma in civil engineering. Change your branch to any other stream of engineering courses in BTech with lateral entry.But  you have to be very cautious about your study as you are entering in the new course and you have to study well regularly from the very beginning entering in you quotes which is is completely unknown to you so you have to to you may have to lose of one academic year for the the preparation of the courses very distinctly.
