I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering and now can I do bsc now

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc course after completion your Diploma course from a recognised University but practically it us not advisable for you to do B.Sc after diploma. In my opinion you should do a B.tech courses. You can get direct admission in 2nd year through lateral entry examination in various engineering colleges in India.
I hope this helps.
Minimum eligibility for Bsc is candidates must have passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics/biology with 50% marks (vary college to college) from a recognized board.
Also a candidate who has passed engineering or any diploma course of minimum 3 years after 10th class are also available for Bsc.
So in case if you've completed your bsc of 3 years after 10th class, then yes you're eligible for bsc. But if you've completed diploma of 2 years then you're not eligible.
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
