I have completed my engineering diploma in electronics and telecommunications, now i want to take admission in BSc electronics. Is CET score necessary for that? Or my diploma score will be enough?

It depends on the college you are seeking admission to. Some colleges might offer admissions based on your marks whereas some might take an entrance test.
It is not a compulsion to give CET. Most colleges admit candidates based on their diploma marks. A merit list will be prepared based on your diploma marks and based on that admission will be given.
You"ll have to contact the respective colleges for further information regarding the same.
