Thats a great idea.
people from diverse fields can pursue management.MBA in HUMAN RESOURCE will be most appropriate for you.
Greetings Shlok!
Hope you're doing great.
It's good to know you want to pursue an MBA. I'm pretty sure an MBA will help you not only professionally but individually as well. Since you've already completed your English honours, then let's start with the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for MBA entrance. Most of the top b-school requires a minimum 50% aggregate marks if you want to appear for the competative exam, for example, CAT, CMAT, XAT etc. Make sure you've obtained the requisite marks in your undergrad.
Now which stream you should choose should purely be your call. You're very much independent to select any branch such as Marketing, operations, HR, Finance, Healthcare Management etc. The ideas for a selection of the branch should be rational and interest based. Many BA students pursue an MA in mass communication or MBA/PGDM in Communication after there undergrad. Prominent college like SIMC, IIMC, and MICA offers similar courses. The choice is totally yours.
B-school based entrance examination is not that simple and hence you should prepare well for it. Since you might not be having Mathematics during your 12th then it could trouble you a little but that won't be a big issue at all. Take proper career guidance from seniors or you can also ask careers360 expert team for the same.
Hope this will help. Do reach out in the comment section below for any query.
All the best!
you can do MBA.this degree is designed to give you the ability to develop your career to its fullest potential, at an accelerated pace. What will you get out of an MBA? Aside from a powerful life experience, the MBA degree should supply three main value propositions: Skills, Networks, and Brand. Skills. You should have cleared any of mentioned entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/
NEST ) accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in your bachelors(any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done via two modes- either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis.
