Hi Prag, yes surely you can give the CAT exam which will be held up this year in 2019. People generally give the exams in last year of studies itself. The scores are valid for around one year. CAT colleges most of the colleges give less weightage to graduation scores and give more weight to CAT scores. The exam will be held up in the final week of November.
