No, , it is not possible to pursue Korean language in MA without having a BA degree in korean language itself. MA in korean is a post- graduate degree which is designed in way to prepare the students to be suitable for handling advance level graduate work in a versatile range of subjects all related to korea. but you can opt for diploma courses for the language The course is offered by various colleges such as

According to the eligibility criteria that is: Candidates must have a BA in Korean language with a minimum overall grade point average of 45 percent.
You are not eligible for MA in korean langauage.
Though if you are passionate about learning korean language, you can opt for a diploma or certificate course in the language.
