Firstly I would like to congratulate you on getting your bachelor's degree. Speaking of applied science, you will need a really solid base to be elegant and strong on what you are interested in. So right now ask yourself what you are really interested in. Subject like physics and chemistry will require you to start from the bachelor's degree and move forward. But there are subjects which allow you to continue from your Master's level itself. So research a little bit about your subject and see if you will be able to understand if you pursue from the Master's level. If you need anything else, revert back.
