Yes , you are eligible for appearing in NEET 2022 examination if you have completed BBA provided you fulfill Neet eligibility criteria
This is because,
There is no rule which says that if you complete BBA degree or any other graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for neet what all one needs is :
********** to must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-----------) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

-----------) at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you fulfill this requirement as per your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet examination ,even if you completed bba and after qualifying Neet examination you can get admission in medical colleges for MBBS etc on the basis of rank or marks obtained by you in NEET

You should choose code 2.
Though you are doing BBA, but your highest qualification with physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 so you should choose code 2 as :-
it is for all those who have already passed 10+2 with physics chemistry and Biology and meet neet eligibility criteria i. e at least 50 % in pcb for general or 40 % in pcb for obc/sc/st and are either not pursuing graduation or pursuing graduation but doesn't have either physics or chemistry or biology or all of these three in their graduation or have completed graduation but doesn't have PCB.
