I have completed my graduation in chemistry now I wanna go for chemical engineering. Can I do it after bsc ?

Yes you can do it, you can get lateral entry in 2nd year of Btech, if you have done BSc you  can get admission Through lateral entry In 2nd year. As most of the important courses Are taught from 2nd year is more over same for all and pretty basic.
