I have completed my graduation(Regular) and also passed 12th board..But the problem is that I failed in 11th class and dont have matksheet?

Hello aspirant.
I think you have missed class 11 marks sheet ,if you have missed it go to the concerned college or department and give them a application that you have missed marks sheet of class 11 , so that they would give you a certificate of marks sheet of class 11.
