I have completed my inter in 2018 and written eamcet in 2019 I got 17626 rank I belong to sc category will I get all the fee reimbursement ?

Yes, SC/ST can avail full fee reimbursement. If your income certificate is below 2,00,000 then you have maximum chances to get full fee reimbursement.
