According to eligibility criteria for NEET PG 2020, it's imperative for candidates to have provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council which is also to be carried on exam day as well as during admission process.
As you mentioned to have provisional one, that too will be applicable in your case.
