I have completed my msc in soil science in feb 15 2020, so can i apply for icar jrf/srf exam for phd degree, as there is no option for 2020 passed out, only appearing option is coming, if i select appearing and if i qualify for the exam, will i be considered for the counselling

Hello,
I think you can apply for ICAR SRF /JRF exam for PHD Program.As the option is not available that passed out ,you can selected as appearing also. And this will not much effect .You can tell the same thing in the time of your counselling.
