Choice of specific subject in PhD journalism and Mass Communication depends upon candidates own areas of interest. When the candidate is interested in film then specific subject for research is film studies, if a candidate specific choice of interest is television then the choice of subject to be television and culture, candidates interest of subject for PHD is film and television both then the specific subject of research in PhD will be visual art and culture.
