As per NTA if you want to take admission in veterinary college then you have to give NEET examination it's mandatory by education ministry. If you want to study veterinary in UG level again you can do the examination dear. And you are eligible for NEET 2021 examination after completing your graduation in physiotherapy degree. But for admission in veterinary you have to qualify the NEET 2021 examination. Time is limited so study yourself and practice mocktest. It will help full a lots. And take care of yourself because health is first priority.
