I have completed my Second year Bcs from Pune University shall i take an admission for Tybsc in YCMOU ? If yes then what will the procedure?

If you wish to change your University, you should contact the University authorities thry can guide you better about the admission process. Also, you should take permission from Pune University as No Objection Certificate is generally required from the previous University of the student.
