Hello Aditya,

Firstly you have to take transfer certificate from the college in which you are studying currently. Then after you have to apply there for the admission in the second year for completing your engineering. If that is the private college than you can easily get that for continuing your engineering. And if it is the government college then there are less chances to continue with second year
