Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you have done 1st semester in one college and you want to change the college for other semester then it is not possible as for getting into new college you need to take new admissions in that college and will have to start over again from 1st semester as there is no provision of getting admissions in 2nd semester.
