Hello Pankaj,

If you want to take an admission in Delhi University, it is necessary for you to create a Central Govt. Issued Certificate for OBC Category.

You may apply for the same and if by any chance your Certificate is not issued in time, you can still opt to take the admission with your State OBC Certificate asking your college authorities to keep your applications on hold till you are issed the Central Govt. one. (This works only in some of the collges)

I hope this was helpful!
