By looking at the previous years cut off i can predict that it is nearly impossible for you to get mechanical air engineering physics in NIT hamirpur. CSAB Special Rounds are quite unpredictable with sometimes students with even 80k rank  get admission at NIT Hamirpur.Considering your rank chances are good for you if you belong to home state,but if belonging to other state,you will be on the border side and may or may not get the seat(will totally depend upon the number of vacant seats).

If you are under Home State  quota, you can get mechanical engineering at  Engineering in NIT Hamirpur. The last year cutoff for NIT Hamirpur for mechanical engineering was 79754 for HS quota general female only.

If you are of other state, then you will not be able to get NIT Hamirpur as the previous year cutoff was 24396 for OS quota General  female only category.
