I have degree certificate issued by Karnataka University Dharwad. Do i need Provisional Degree Certificate too for verification?

I don't know which admission process you are going for. But if you have the Provisional Degree Certificate as well as the Degree Certificate, then keep both of them. Whatever, they will ask, provide it. In general, any of the two will work but still keep both of them.
