Hey,
Domicile or residency certificate is that document which proves your residency in a particular state. If you have completed your 12th from UP then you are still eligible for 85% quota of Delhi.At the time of counselling you need to produce certain legal documents before concerned authorities which prove that you have stayed in Delhi for 10 years and you have it's Domicile. If your documents are correct you would be eligible for the admission.

In order to be eligible for state quota seats, you must fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by each authority of the state/union territory. Some states and union territory will also require of the candidate to prove the domicile.
