Hello

The difference in your first name between your Aadhaar card (Mohammad) and Class 10 mark sheet (Muhammed) may cause issues during MBBS counseling. Here's why:

1. *Document mismatch*: Authorities may consider it a mismatch between your identity documents, leading to potential verification issues.

2. *Name consistency*: Most application forms, including NEET, require consistent name usage across all documents.

To avoid potential problems, consider the following steps:

1. *Get a name correction affidavit*: Obtain an affidavit from a notary public or a court, stating that both names (Mohammad and Muhammed) refer to the same person.

2. *Update your Aadhaar card*: Apply for a name correction in your Aadhaar card to match your Class 10 mark sheet.

3. *Contact the counseling authority*: Reach out to the MBBS counseling authorities and explain the situation. They may request the affidavit or other supporting documents.

Remember to keep both documents (Aadhaar card and Class 10 mark sheet) ready for verification during counseling.
