i have digitally signed sc certificate which i got from sahaj jan seva kendra which is in same central format can i use it as hard copy in josaa document verification

Yes,you can definitely use the SC certificate which is digitally signed and is verified from the central format.But for the easy the condition that certificate should be in the format defined by JoSSA, if it is not then maybe you have to face difficulty when reporting at the centre.
