I have domicile from UT of Kashmir but due to my parents working in Delhi in private sector have an address in Delhi and want to appear in Delhi exam centre Will it affect my eligibility for applying to study mbbs in Kashmir college

Your domicile state or state of eligibility has nothing to do with the place or city from where you want to appear in NEET examination.

In the choices of cities for Neet examination centre you can choose any city  of your choice in any state across India irrespective of your domicile state or state of eligibility
