Hello Anju,
To Get admission in MAMC, VMMC and other colleges which are not in Haryana, you have to apply for All India Counseling, that fill up the 15% seats of these colleges. You can even apply for medical Colleges of Haryana, even from All India Counseling which holds it's own benefits. With haryana Domicile, you can go with your state level counseling.

If you are domiciled of haryana, then you will be allowed for state counselling of haryana only..
However For getting a mbbs seat of MAMC/LHMC/VMMC , You neet to score very high marks as these colleges are top preferred colleges in neet ug counselling. You can get a mbbs seat in these, only through all india 15% quota counselling..

No. You might have already marked that option in you neet ug application form.
