    Hello Ritika....you are absolutely eligible for the 85% quota if you have the domicile certificate....hope you get your dream college and thanks for using Career360!!!!

    But 12th in the state is mandatory according to some sites?

    dear ritika,Sorry to say that you are not eligible for the 85% quota as 12th in the state is mandatory and not domacile certificate.GOOD LUCK and keep asking :)
